After your order has been received, you will be sent an email to complete all of the details needed for your invitations. Please ensure that your email address is correct when ordering. If the email has not been received after 48 hours, please check your junk mail folder and contact us.
The 'make date' will automatically go as the next available date in the diary (as shown on our Facebook page), if this is not convenient or you would like to book an alternative date, please advise us of this when placing your order.
Your order will usually be completed within 14 working days of your 'make date' if this is going to be any different we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
